Executive coaching and advisory

Bring the situation you're trying to work through.

You may be dealing with a difficult relationship, expectations that keep changing, or a decision with consequences you want to consider carefully. You may also be noticing a pattern in how you lead that you haven’t been able to resolve on your own.

We start with what’s happening and what you want to accomplish. The way we work together depends on what the situation requires.

A focused conversation:

Sometimes you have a specific issue and want an experienced outside perspective before you act.

You might be preparing for a conversation with your boss, deciding how to address an employee’s performance, considering an offer or trying to understand unexpected feedback.

Bring the context, what you’ve tried and the decision you’re facing. We’ll examine your interpretation, consider your options and work toward a practical next step. If the challenge is an upcoming conversation, we can also work through how you want to handle it.

One conversation may be enough to help you move forward. It may also reveal something that deserves more attention over time.

Ongoing executive coaching

Some challenges need sustained work. You understand what you want to do differently, but putting it into practice is harder, particularly under pressure or in relationships with a long history.

Ongoing coaching gives us time to examine those patterns and work with real situations as they unfold. You try an approach, observe the response and bring that experience back into our conversations.

The work may involve leading more strategically, building influence beyond your team, handling challenge without becoming defensive, or giving others more responsibility. Promotion and career progression can be part of it, as can becoming more effective in the role you already have.

We agree on what you want to accomplish and revisit it as the work develops.

What you can expect from me

I bring nearly 30 years of corporate experience across investment banking, HR and senior commercial leadership, alongside my training and experience as an executive coach.

I’ll take your concerns seriously without assuming your first interpretation is the only explanation. I’ll ask about the organizational context and be direct if I think your own approach is contributing to the problem.

We’ll work with the circumstances you actually face, including the limits on what you can control. The aim is to help you make considered decisions and become more effective in how you act on them.

Where should we start?

You don’t need to choose a format before we speak.

Book an initial conversation about what’s happening and the support you’re looking for. We’ll discuss whether a focused advisory session or ongoing coaching would be useful.
